Data controller

Data collected and purposes
We only collect data when necessary:
- Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), area of interest and your message. Purpose: to answer your request and follow up. Legal basis: your consent and legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures.
- Audience measurement: anonymised navigation data via Google Analytics 4, only after your consent (see “Cookies” below). Purpose: to understand and improve site usage. Legal basis: your consent.
We do not collect any sensitive data and perform no automated decision-making or profiling.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical sub-processors, strictly within the purposes above:
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — delivery of contact-form emails.
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA) — audience measurement (Google Analytics 4), subject to consent.
- OVH SAS (France) — website hosting.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some sub-processors (Resend, Google) are located in the United States. Any transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or membership of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention period
- Contact-form data: kept for as long as needed to process your request, then up to 3 years from the last contact for business-relationship purposes.
- Audience-measurement data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics (max. 14 months for user/event data).
Cookies
No analytics cookie is set without your consent. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline Google Analytics cookies. Until you accept, no tracking script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (e.g. remembering your cookie or theme choice) do not require consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@groupemilestone.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
